Problems it solves
One red and one amber night light, with zero blue light. Red for the bedroom: a soft glow that is the least likely to disturb your body clock. Amber for the hallway, bathroom or stairs: a warm 1600 K light to find your way. Both switch on by themselves when it gets dark.

One bright bulb on the way to the bathroom and you are wide awake. A soft red or amber glow gives you just enough light to see, without the harsh white that keeps you up.
Plug it into any socket. No batteries, no bulbs, no app.
Slide the dimmer from 20 to 100% until it feels right for the room.
The built-in sensor switches it on at dusk, below 10 lux, and off again in daylight.
Both have no blue in the spectrum. Pick by moment and room, or take one of each.

We had the light source tested. The spectrum of both lights shows B = 0.0%: no blue component at all. Red peaks at 635 nm and amber at 610 nm.
Leave it plugged in and forget about it. The sensor turns the light on as the room gets dark and off again in the morning, so it never stays on during the day.
